Simply start a session, click Enable Remote Audio, and hear the Mac’s audio in real time—making troubleshooting smoother, clearer, and more effective for technicians. | | Department group export Technicians can now export user lists specific to their departments using filters. This allows for targeted exports of technician data to reduce clutter and improve efficiency. The exported files can be downloaded in CSV or PDF formats, making it easy to store, share, or review department-wise technician information when needed. | | iOS – Picture-in-picture (PiP) support Zoho Assist now supports picture-in-picture mode on iOS. When the app is minimized, a floating window remains visible, and the session stays active.
