What users learned about our AI work at Zoholics Hong Kong & Malaysia

As our newer content surfaces with more AI focus, it's easy to have the impression that Zoholics is also an AI conference, but our foundational work with integrable and customisable SaaS tools is what drives the quality of our work—even the quality of our AI.

At Zoholics Hong Kong and Malaysia, our main keynote speaker highlighted the concept of right-sizing in AI, where applying the right model size to the right business scenario matters.

We discussed our in-house Zia LLM, available in 1.3B, 2.6B, and 7B parameter sizes, where each model is trained with Zoho’s product use cases to create context-aware intelligence for our users. Because Zoho owns the entire tech stack, applications such as CRM, Projects, Books, and Desk as well as the AI layer (Zia)—are embedded directly into the workflow.
